1. Purpose

This policy explains how ELECTRONIC PARTS eParts uses cookies and similar technologies on tandberg-data.com and blog.tandberg-data.com.

2. Responsible

The data controller is ELECTRONIC PARTS eParts, SAS registered with the Bobigny RCS under number 480 999 960, head office ZAC de la Vache à l’Aise, 15 rue René Goscinny, 93000 Bobigny, France. Contact : contact@tandberg-data.com.

3. Categories of cookies

Strictly necessary cookies

They enable the operation and security of the services: session, shopping cart, authentication, storage of consent, protection of forms and essential technical functions. When they meet the legal conditions for exemption, they are used without consent.

Audience measurement cookies

They are used to understand website traffic and performance. When they do not meet the exemption conditions, they are activated only with consent. Google Analytics 4 may be used for this purpose. Google Tag Manager controls the firing of tags and must not override the choices expressed.

Personalization and embedded media

These trackers can display external content or memorize non-essential preferences. The affected services remain blocked until the required consent is given.

Advertising cookies

They may measure campaigns or personalize advertisements and are only activated with consent. If no advertising tag is deployed, this category remains inactive.

4. Detailed inventory

The current inventory of trackers is displayed in the CookieYes preference centre, accessible from the “Manage my cookie preferences” link. In particular, it identifies the provider, name, purpose, duration, domain and category of each tracker and takes precedence over any outdated static list.

5. Collection and modification of consent

During the first visit, the banner allows you to accept, refuse with an equivalent level of simplicity or choose the authorized categories. No tracer requiring consent must be read or deposited before the choice.

Consent can be withdrawn or modified at any time from the permanent link “Manage my cookie preferences”.

6. Duration of choice and cookies

The choice to accept or refuse is memorized for six months. A new request may be made earlier if the purposes change substantially. The duration of each cookie, indicated in the CookieYes center, must not exceed what is necessary.

7. Consent Mode and domains

Google Consent Mode v2 can transmit signals such as analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization depending on the choice made. These signals do not constitute consent and should not result in the placement of unauthorised trackers.

Preferences may need to be expressed separately on the main site and blog depending on the multi-domain configuration chosen.

8. Third Party Services

Depending on the activated functions, CookieYes, Google, Cloudflare, Mailchimp or integrated media providers may process technical data. The services actually loaded are presented in the preference center.

9. Browser settings

The browser can also block or delete cookies. These settings do not always override the consent manager and may prevent some necessary functions.

10. Contact

For any questions: contact@tandberg-data.com. A complaint can be lodged with the CNIL.

11. Update

This policy may change depending on the services used, the result of the CookieYes scan or regulatory requirements.
